Curitiba, Brasil. El 27 de febrero de 2016, en la Parroquia del Inmaculado Corazón de María (Curitiba), a las 16h, el seminarista Cristiano Pedroso Robles, CMF, hizo los votos perpetuos de pobreza, castidad y obediencia en los manos de Superior Provincial P. Marcos Aurélio Loro CMF. Estaban presentes los claretianos, familiares y miembros de la comunidad parroquial.
Madrid, Spain. With the theme “We are Missionaries”, the title of the Declaration of the XXV General Chapter, at least 34 scholastics of Europe gathered together in Colmenar Viejo, Madrid last February 26-28, 2016 for their annual encounter that focused on various aspects of the history of the congregation and of the declaration of the previous General Chapter. Fr. José Ramón Sanz, CMF, Prefect of Formation of the Province of Santiago, started the gathering in the evening of the 26th, Friday, by welcoming the participants and the speakers and by presenting the flow of the program.
In the morning of the 27th, Saturday, Fr. Aquilino Bocos Merino, CMF, then General Superior, presented the history of the congregation emphasizing on the Post-conciliar Renewal. In the afternoon, Fr. Luis Ángel de las Heras, CMF, Provincial Superior of Santiago, convened the participants and presented the Formation concerns and aspects of Missionarii Sumus. After which, all the participants witnessed and shared the music of each country of origin during the Fraternal Gathering which took place in the evening of the same day. On the 28th, Sunday, Fr. Leo Dalmao, CMF, General Prefect of Formation, graced the event with his presence by speaking about the Plans and Means of the prefecture.
Various group sharing sessions were also initiated to collate ideas and thoughts on the presentations. The annual encounter which aims to promote camaraderie among the scholastics and to uphold formative encounter ended with the Eucharistic Celebration presided by Fr. Dalmao. Ricard Costa-Jussà, Provincial Superior of Cataluña, Jose Manuel Sueiro Expósito, CMF, Formator of Colmenar Viejo, and Frs.
